HistoryEdit

He has no NEXT powers, but is a firm believer in the organization's cause. After he is kidnapped by the heroes, Origami Cyclone impersonates him in order to locate Ouroboros' base.

Chuckman is later killed by Jake, who claims he has no need of subordinates who are so easily caught.
