Babysitting
As a favor asked by the mayor, Wild Tiger, being a father himself, was asked to babysit the mayor's child. Sam proved to be a bit for trouble for the heroes, because he himself is a NEXT. He likes Dragon Kid.
Powers
Sam is a NEXT with the power of Telekinesis. He is able to move objects around with his mind. Being a mere infant he cannot control his powers, and it usually activates when he is agitated. When he cries his power affects everything around him, and he can also levitate himself.
