Scarf Girl (or Bad Luck Girl) is an anonymous woman who suspiciously appears in the background of every episode.

She has become something of a meme, appearing so often that the fandom regards her as an actual character.

In episode 15, she is seen wearing a waitress uniform at the resturant that the Heroes frequently eat at impying that she works there
